Counselling, body-centred therapy, healing and relaxation
Mind, body and spirit
Different people need different kinds of support. Some work is practical and focused. Some is slower, deeper and more reflective. Some involves the body, meditation, relaxation or healing.
How we might work
Different doorways into the same deeper work
We can focus on what you need now. You do not need to choose a method before getting in touch.

Mind
Counselling, stress management and mindfulness
Counselling offers a confidential space to talk through what is happening in your life and to understand your feelings, patterns and choices more clearly.
This may include support with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem, work-related stress, anger, trauma, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.
Mindfulness can help bring careful attention to thoughts, feelings and body sensations, so that old patterns can begin to be met with more awareness and kindness.

Body
Body-centred therapy and Dance of Awareness
Sometimes experience is held not only in words and thoughts, but in posture, breath, tension, movement and sensation. Body-centred work can help you notice what your body may be carrying and what it may need.
This can be especially helpful when a difficulty feels difficult to explain, or when you understand something intellectually but still react in the same familiar way.
Dance of Awareness and gentle body-based exploration are offered only where appropriate and at a pace that feels safe.

Spirit
Healing, meditation and guided relaxation
Some people are looking not only for counselling, but also for rest, grounding and a deeper sense of meaning. Wendy can offer guided relaxation, meditation, stress management and healing for people who want this additional support.
This may be helpful when you feel exhausted, unsettled, spiritually disconnected, or in need of a calmer relationship with yourself and your life.
You are welcome to ask for counselling only, healing only, or a careful combination of approaches.
